If you would like to add a service for our visitors, please read this This site has been running since 1998, and so attracts a lot of visitors, some of those visitors are companies offering their services, or asking if they can pay for an advertisement.... Hobby, recreational, spare-time recreational pursuit, practised for interest and enjoyment, rather than financial reward. Generally speaking, the person who does something for fun, not remuneration, is called an amateur (or hobbyist), as distinct from a professional. In the UK, the pejorative noun anorak (similar to the Japanese "otaku", meaning a geek or enthusiast) is often applied to people who obsessively pursue a particular hobby. Get it :)- ? Donations and Google ads are included to try and help with the running costs, however they don't amount to much at all ! and mostly don't amount to anything :)- |
