If you must have a fish pond, make sure its safe for children, and your
Westie. We have had a visitor to our forum who tells us of a heartbreaking
story were two Westie's drowned.
Fish ponds are a danger, especially if you place covers on them in
winter, canvas covers are very dangerous, children and Westie's wont know
that the material will sink if walked on.
If you have a fish pond, either get rid of it now, or place a strong
fence around it to keep children and Westie's out
