Just when you think you have all the answers, and there is no hope, you
talk to another vet, and he tells you stories of dogs living 2 years+ and
are still well. So I have spoken to my vet, he tells be "if it was his dog"
then he would have the treatment. We wont know anything for 2 months, then
will see if the Chemotherapy is having an effect.
So Scamp has started the Chemotherapy treatment, for those of you who are
thinking of x-rays and things, your wrong, Chemotherapy for Scamp consists
of a drip, and tablets. So presently for the next 2 months Scamp will have
Chemotherapy every week. After 2 months we can see if its of any use.
I'm keeping a diary now, it keeps me busy, and stops my mind going
insane, I can see Scamp "So far" is un-effected by this cancer, and is his
normal self, except that is eating more than normal.
So if your looking for side effects, so far the only one is "Eating More"
Here is the diary
