Its been said that a diet including high fat levels is a benefit to a dog with cancer. The same is true with a healthy dog, whether he is active or inactive, young or old. So when you make those lamb chops, or poke chops, don't chop away any fat !!. A slice of bacon is good too as is ham, but don't go out of your way giving just fat :)- its part of the balanced diet, but your already giving some meats that have fat. |
